SBTA college has a great vision and purpose for engaging students in learning activities incorporating international perspectives and content. Being an overseas student I found my learning experience quite enriching and building the capacity to understand the nuances of my chosen studies. As an international student, I’ve been impressed with the level of support SBTA provides. It’s obvious that they genuinely want to help students. Despite my challenges in completing assignments, their Student Support office is always ready to reach out and find out what are my issues and where I need help. I’ve observed the level of care they extended during the pandemic in offering free meals to students and discounts on fees to those in need of assistance. There are also always the little extra things they do like offering resume writing classes and pasta making classes. It’s the little things that add toward that environment of support and community, and it’s been especially helpful through the covid pandemic.
