VERY Disappointing to say the least. Don't use this company! The worst customer service I've experienced from a insurance company. Extremely unresponsive, especially with emails. No customer care whatsoever.

I would not recommended TAL to anyone please I would highly recommend using anyone else but tal there difficult to many question there good to take your money but when you have a claim in progress they take there time and will do anything not to pay what your legiable for I had to get a Solictor involved to try and sort my claim out as they send you around the world I put in a complaint to tal I was suppose to be receiving response threw the resolution team still no response they do private investigation and they organise it with Pro Care investigation trust me the worst company in my whole life ever dealing with please no one fall for there traps

Super Companies are not really known for their attentiveness when you wish to leave, or receive answers to difficult questions.
Had a sore shoulder many years ago and saw a doctor about it? Had depression many years ago? Had some mild sleep apnoea a few years ago? Fully recovered from all, well be prepared to spend months of tedious paperwork remembering the exact dates things occurred years after, then hearing nothing back from this company for months except to follow-up with even more paper work. I swear the actual questionnaires are more about checking your memory and looking at ways to potentially get more money out of you then anything actual useful. I suggest avoiding this place and looking else where, I'm about to. I'm in my early 30s in good health, but I have been to the doctor before like a responsible person, this place frowns on people going to a doctor by making you fill out tons of paper work because you saw a doctor for a one off incident at some point. This place is honestly trying to scare me from going to a doctor, because it means that if I sprained my ankle 15yrs ago I now have to recall the exact dates, the time taken off work, what hospital, what doctor, etc. I suggest avoiding this place.
