I ve been there for 6 months and this is the perfect place knowing that I am close from my University.Moreover this accommodation is calm enough for me to study and really comfortable. It is also pleasant to have a small yard to where we can spend time during sunny days. I feel lucky to live in such a place when I see in which kind of room most of my friends live here in Sydney.

I lived at the Abercrombie house for 12 months while studying at UTS, which is only a hop skip and a jump away- literally! One of the most enjoyable 12 months of my life. The highlight for me was the landlords careful selection of tenants. He has quite a knack at picking quiet, respectful, like-minded people.Somehow the house maintained a perfect balance of privacy and social gatherings. Chippendale is a very 'happening' spot, with a wide variety of cafes and bars within stones throw & a short walk to shopping centres and a cinema. There's also large parks close by if you're like me and enjoy a jog in the natural environment from time to time. Both Central and Redfern station are walking distance.
It is a nice place to live in sydney, the house is kept clean and is very quiet. for me it was a nice experience to have been here.
great place to live, I lived there for 9 months and was a good experience, Very well organized, I felt like home with the fact that I had to cook my own food ;) , I really enjoyed and I would live at the same place if I could
