Sydney Doctors COVID-19 Response Plan To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, and to ensure that Sydney Doctors can continue to provide medical services to the best of our ability, we are offering General Medical Phone Consults and COVID 19 Phone Consults. All Telehealth Phone Consults now have a Medicare rebate with a valid Medicare card. We can offer non Medicare Telehealth Phone Consults also. We are still are seeing patients in our clinic that answer ‘NO’ to the following questions: Do you have respiratory symptoms? eg. sore throat, cough, runny nose, fever. Are you concerned that you may have COVID-19 or may have been exposed to COVID-19? Phone Consults:  We are offering General Medical Phone Consults, Child Health, Counselling  and COVID 19 Phone Consults. These can be booked by calling 9233 3399 or booking online Sydneydoctors.com.au.  Booking a Phone Consult: Book- to speak with your doctor: 9233 3399 or booking online sydneydoctors.com.au Confirmation Email and SMS GP Phone Consultation The GP will give to you  if required- prescriptions, medical certificates, pathology requests and referrals where appropriate Follow up via phone if required. Our GP’s can give advice, and where appropriate, prescription medication, medical certificates, pathology requests and referrals. As well as advise you if you need to be seen in person. Cost: At this time, the governments will continue Medicare rebate for phone and Telehealth consultations. Telehealth consult is the same as an in clinic consult $90 and we can send your rebate back to you via your MyGov account. For those people who are not eligible for Medicare. Our non-Medicare Telehealth phone consults are $90. Repeat Scripts: If you need repeat scripts or referrals, we can manage this through our online system at Sydneydoctors.com.au.
