Hi Michael Thanks for all your help. Our discussions really bought clarity and certainty to our decisions. I really appreciate that you didn’t force us down any path but when you thought a suggestion was the right one you encouraged and endorsed it. It allows self determination with the support of an expert. Craig and I were clueless to this process and you also provided guidance generally in navigating the minefield. I received a phone call after I downloaded a brochure & spoke to someone who asked if I had any questions. I explained I had spoken to someone briefly but still needed more information. At that moment he received a phone call and answered it which was rude but said he’d call the person back. He then decided to take that call and abruptly said he’d call me back & hung up on me. I have yet to receive the call back. I have never been so disgusted in someone’s behaviour. Given the delicate subject of aged care I would have expected compassion. Such a disappointment
