They have very nice watches at fair prices. Was the only place I found the watch I liked. The service/warranty is also very good. You have lifetime battery replacement included, and I recently used it, 2.5 years after my purchase. I shipped the watch to the store and they sent it back in the same week, calling me to notify about every step of the process and to inform the tracking number. I'm definitely buying other products there. Highly recommended.

Smaller Swatch store, but has a nice contemporary fit out and selection. They also swapped the battery out in my son’s watch straight away at no charge!!!
Great battery replacement service, turned up, handed over Swatch watch, they replaced battery immediately and I was out of the store within 5 mins and no charge!
Products are great. I have been using my swatch for years now. However, the sales people wants to just offload the stuff on people. Will not go to this branch anymore. Products 4/5 Customer service 1/5

The service is outstanding. Replaced my watch after the screen cracked, with a new watch.
Simple small shop, located a couple of minutes walk from Town Hall station. All the latest watches are always in range and on display. If driving there are a number of Wilson Parking stations nearby. Would easily suit disabled folks. The customer service rep helped us attach varied bands to watch faces and had a very courteous, friendly and helpful manner. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend for simple, well engineered basic watches that are reliable, funky/elegant and waterproof.
Terrible service. One sales guy was talking on the phone while leaving his new staff without providing guidance. There is no sufficient stock at their store and in the end the service time took too long. Disappointing!
