September 13, 2019, afternoon. A young fat female store clerk attitude is very bad. Ask if there are different colors of the same luggage. Ask if there is any new product in the warehouse. She is not willing to use computer query. Very negative attitude. If you have only one chance to visit this store. I hope that you will not meet this clerk. But the manager who met the next day had a good attitude. Should fire that female employee.

Horrible store. Manager Karen is the worst, so incredibly rude to staff and customers. Most depressing atmosphere. Will never go back to this place. Also, no HR department which is really bad for worker rights and complaints.
Tidy store, the display is awesome and the items are good quality.
