Business class flight from Cape Town to Sydney. SAA lost my luggage. Only after pestering customer service did they actually investigate the matter. It turned up five days later but my valuables had been pilfered while in their care and custody. Since reporting the theft, their customer service have failed to return calls, emails or honour the interim expenses. DO NOT FLY with SAA if you value security and customer service. This airline is CRIMINAL.

I don't think anyone actually works there, I tried calling THREE times first two times I waited twenty minutes on hold to VERY irritating message, the third time was thirty minutes.

Waited on telephone for 50 minutes before giving up making any contact. As an aside, the music/message while on hold is about as irritating as it gets.! What appalling service.
