I used SoleHeeled for two pairs of my RM Williams. One pair were too tight and required some expert leather stretching. The other pair needed new soles. They used genuine RM soles, the the quote was easy and transparent. Postage and Delivery was a breeze and included in my quote and I’m really happy with the finished product. Highly recommended.

I just received my Pigalle Follies from repair. Classically, after a few wears, the red sole became quite worn. One of my heels fell through some decking and as a result, there was a dent above the heel tip on the left shoe. They were also a bit too tight for my liking as I got them in a half-size smaller. I was communicating back and forth with Mark for a few days about these repairs. Mark was very prompt to get back to me, very professional and incredibly helpful. The service is absolutely amazing, the prices very affordable! I received the shoes and they are in pristine condition! The sole fixed, the heel fixed and the shoe fitting much nicer than I ever thought they could - I can finally get more wear out of them without fear of a) hurting my feet as much and, b) not worrying too much about wearing out the beautiful red sole. Any future shoes maintenance and I will be going straight to these guys! Thank you so much - you have made my Christmas!

SoleHeeled offers amazing service! I sent through a description of what was damaged and a couple of pics of my boots and a response came through within hours. After a quick back and forth over email that day, I sent the boots off and got them back within 2 weeks straight to my door. Super happy with the repair - they look as good as the day I got them!

My RM Williams boots were in need of repair because after daily wearing for 6 years, the heels had significantly worn away. Sending my boots to SoleHeeled to be repaired was as easy as could be, & they contacted me so I knew exactly how much it would cost before I sent the boots to them (free post & packaging too!) The boots came back within a couple of weeks & the heels looked like new - and the leather was polished ready for another 6 year belting. I'm so glad to have my favourite work boots back!
