Do not come here - complete rip off - 131 for overnight parking. Says on the sign when you enter only 26 for one day entry, it's not until you read the fine print that you find out it's an extra 79 on top of what other additional fees there are. The machine also couldn't read three different credit cards so we had to spend 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone who could help us pay and staff were incredibly rude. The Amora Jamison Hotel staff themselves are incredibly courteous and amazing but this parking lot is terrible, please do not come here if you can avoid it.

Absolutely dreadful experience! The instructions given to us on the day were incorrect due to construction works in the area causing our day to be ruined. We then tried to put in a refund request, where we were told we'd have a response within 5 business days. It has been weeks with no response, and when I called up, I got told I'd get a call back to which I never did.

Booked online and prepaid for parking on Saturday but when we arrived, it was full. Staff advised us via intercom to go to Metcentre car park, which is located right next to it for free of any further charge so we followed the instruction. Staff at Metcentre car park asked us to pay again even though we explained the story, repeatedly saying that we already exited the car park at Amora Hotel - we paid 20 and stayed there only for 15-20 minutes to try to find spot and to speak with staff via the intercom! Unbelievably inconvenient and rude!

I do not like this car park AT ALL! Avoid it like the plague. i came here as a non- hotel guest. Firstly - the cost for over 5 hrs is 85.00 approximately. The cost around 3 hrs is around 50.00 approximately. Secondly- the car park is small, squashed and hard to navigate, and even harder to understand where to park! The signage is almost non - existent and it's hard to find where you can actually park!! Therefore, i give this car park a rating of 1 out if 5 for being sooo confusing for the average person to park and ridiculously expensive-even for Sydney-inner city!!!

Beware parking here during peak work hours on weekdays, car park is small and will let you book online even if there are no spaces. I would avoid and pick another parking lot cause its not worth getting there and realising there is nowhere to park.

We booked a parking spot only to realise that doesn’t mean anything. There were no spots available and no parking attendant for double parking. Very irresponsible of secure parking.

Quick and easy. Parking spaces might be tight if you bring an SUV, but cars fits perfectly.
