ScotPac have been superb to us. Teething issues took a little bit to get through, but ScotPac were responsive the whole time and really tried to make the process as smooth as possible, and resolved our issues quickly and efficiently. Since then, the service has been fantastic. Has really helped kick start our business, and accelerate some of our plans. Joanne and Nil in particular have been great help, and are extremely responsive, helpful and understanding. Overall, we've been extremely satisfied with the service, and the support we receive.
