Had am investment purchased through the SaxoTraderGo app some time ago. Closed the position and found I could not withdraw. Rather than a section to simply input withdrawal account details I had to hunt around the website and eventually had to lodge a support ticket to get it done. It has now been over a week waiting for this to evidently be done manually rather than via the technological means performed by most banks. Documents uploaded a week ago and still waiting for access to my own money. Waited on the phone for over an hour to get the it will be done soon answer. In the meantime I tried to buy some different shares but the company I wanted to purchase was listed but purchase was not allowed. No reason given for it being not available on the platform. When i eventually get access to my own money again I shall not be using this service or recommending it. Could not discourage the use of the company more vigorously. Currently on the phone again have been waiting about 45 minutes and I'm number 10 in queue .

this broker is the worst one that I have used. When I use them to trade US stocks, I got lots of money loss due to foreign exchange rate. I don’t know how they work but do not use them to trade shares especially foreign shares! Also every time I withdrew money, it doesn’t how much I withdrew. They charged me 10 for the fee! I used so many brokers in Australia and none of them charges withdraw fee. I can attach the photo to prove this. This broker also charged tax fee so there are lots of hidden charges! Please be aware of these and try not to use them to trade if u can!

If you need support Don't trust them, too many times try to call them to transfer money into my account but they just postpone and I couldn't get help from anyone about my money. They just told me "they'll fix it as soon as possible" . You know when you trade it's important that you could fund your account on time (after half a day and they didn't fix yet). You loos everything when the time is gone!!! I have platinum account but they didn't give me any support, no respond and no respect to my calls. Unbelievable!!!

Abysmal customer service! And I lost AUD 250 without making a single trade. I opened a USD trading account. First I sent AUD50 which worked ok. Then I sent USD 2287. They claimed I sent AUD! In fact, they converted my USD 2287 to AUD and then back to USD for my account. There were other bank charges. I tried to get this sorted out via chat line and email but eventually in frustration I decided to withdraw all of my USD from my account, sending it back to an external AUD account. What arrived there was AUD 2801. So the whole thing cost me close to AUD 250 and I had not made a single trade!!! None of this was made clear in their deposit instructions. Abysmal.

HUGE RED FLAGS !!! Never got out of the starting gate, signed up for an account, paid 5 grand to fund my account , aaaaaaaaand its gone, the bank acknowledges the money left my account but saxo has yet to find where it went. I used my credit card on the Saxo payment page so its not like i entered incorrect details, its been over a week and my savings are just floating somewhere in the saxo ether, would not recommend -- Update, its been almost a month now, they have found the money but the process to transfer it back to me has been dragging on, I'm desperate to find someone at this company to care about doing their job and give me honest answers

Its impossible to withdraw your Money. And very poor cutomer service with inexcess of of 2 hour wait times.

One man show company. I applied for withdraw, more than 7 days nothing changed. Called them, waited for over 2 hours !!!! NO ONE answered the call. Don’t put your money here.

Very poor customer service !!! I have tried to transfer more money to my account when I was getting a "margin call", with no luck! long waiting time when i tried to call their customer support and every time they promised me that they will fix the issue in 10min which never happened. when I asked to speak to their supervisor he said it is not an option and all I can do is to wait ! Watch-out !!! You can wipe out your entire account just because they are too slow to process your payment and fund your account !!!
