I purchased a very expensive 18ct thick gold bangle that I had to send back as the bangle would not fasten. Its a very expensive bangle. I was screamed at by the staff on numerous times. They were abusive and rude. I had no choice but to send it back. The staff are toxic and rude with no idea of decent customer service.
Fully concur with the person below. Staff yelled at me and slammed the phone down, as a result of their fault. Very disappointed. If only zero stars was an option
We had a beautiful item of jewellery created for us at Saffo. They provided valuable advice throughout the design stage and the final result was perfect.
Custom designed jewellery with photos taken through the entire process. I had the engagement ring first made at Saffo Jewellery and with the excellent job we also got our wedding rings made there. I would recommend them to anyone with excellent service and workmanship.
