The front end is good, on paper the service is OK too but their billing is absolutely woeful with issue after issue. Flumoxed that an international business gets by with what feels like under the influence year 8 business class students running the back end, find another provider these guys dont deserve your business.

Poor quality staff such as Neha. the building is shoddy and the accounting practices are hard to ignore. I would give zero stars if allowed to.

The Regus offices are at the perfect location making it accessible by train, bus or boat! The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. The premises are very clean and there is fully stocked coffee and tea! Across the street is a food court with lots of different options. Would highly recommend it!

Absolutely disgraceful accounting practices. It is nearing the end of July 2018 and we have been chasing a refund of our deposit monies since December 2017. Do yourself a favour and use a more reputable company that doesn't illegally hold customer deposits to earn interest (or perhaps they just hope customers give up and stop chasing for their deposit monies back). My best suggestion - don't use Regus at all - for anything, ever.
