Had a deep tissue massage here after holding a lot of tension carrying around my baby. I was able to be taken in to a lovely, clean room straight away. The staff were very kind and respectful. The massage itself was almost faultless and I felt wonderful afterwards. Only thing that I recommend is that they fix up their health fund options as I was unable to use my private health during this visit. Will definitely be returning!

I walked into Punphara with a painful spasm in my upper back and neck and the Masseur was brilliant. She was strong and worked out quickly what I needed. I came out of there an hour later feeling so much better and will definitely return! I found the place by chance but highly recommend it.
I’ve been visiting Punphara for about 6 years. They are very professional and I’ve always received a quality massage. The rooms are clean and calming. It’s my hour of freedom without a worry which allows me to totally relax. It’s easy to ask for strong or relaxing massage, or fix my sore neck. They always listen and I feel great when I leave. Highly recommended
Lovely place. Massages are great. Only thing is they no longer have hi caps to claim through your private health fund even though it is advertised out the front.

I had my first ever hot oil full body Mussels release massage @Punphara today. The massage centre is relaxing and ambient, the aromas and soft music puts you straight at ease..... The staff are very welcoming and professional and extremely talented. I know for sure that I would rather give the ladies my money than the Chiropractor! I have a slipped disc and suffer with sciatica. I read the reviews for my pain and have noticed that a lot of people have this treatment rather than using painkillers. Best massage in town! People are super lovely here. So peaceful it makes you feel like you are in Thailand ! Both full body deep tissue massage and reflexology are the best. Highly recommend Punphara
Been here more times than i can count, and every time my experience has been flawless ! Professional massages and very soothing atmosphere. The air conditioning on a hot day like today is an added bonus 10/10
