I am one of the owner at Kee Lidcombe, I chose this place mainly for the super convenient location, adjacent to Train station and shops. The designing is quite contemporary we can see from the facade. And half of the Greater Sydney view including the harbour bridge can be viewed from the rooftop garden while you enjoying the BBQ there. The security system is well placed, although you need to swipe practically every gate but it does enhance the security level. I feel comfortable and convenient living here.

Building and park look like it is 20 year old not 3 year old. Take no care and in my opinion make everything look cheap and nasty. First promises from Piety is not what you get. Would not recommend. I live here and you are not correct when you say "private facilities". There are no facilities that are for the exclusive use of only OTW residents. I will add photos of buildings if you need to see poor quality and terrible look.

Lyndal has been dealing with me to repair few items and has not only been active to resolve the issue, different stakeholder was engaged efficiently to resolve the matter. thumbs up.

Purchasing a unit of one of their projects was a big disappointment to us! Low quality products and a pool in parkings even 5 levels under ground after a rain!

So disappointed to have to agree with other bad reviews but they are an absolute disgrace. The difference between what they originally advertised and what I've gotten is so vast you could fit a cargo ship from the Suez Canal in there. I will hold out in case they get their act together (not likely) and finally make this development look like it was supposed to look like when they advertised it. I'm honestly surprised someone hasn't taken them to court over the differences in what was promised vs what you get. Piety should take some pointers from other builders in the area, they certainly need them.

As a first home buyer, the stars had aligned to land me with Elly Kim from Piety Group as the sales person for our new apartment. Within minutes of meeting, she understood exactly what we wanted in a home and a community and we’ve bought as much into the apartment as we have the lifestyle here in Wentworth Point. This place is my new favourite thing about Sydney - Cafes, gyms, pools, shopping and a beautiful neighbourhood. The whole experience was made so easy and accessible by Elly and she worked hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Plus Lyndal - who is the customer care manager with Piety Group - is the loveliest and most helpful person who was not only pivotal upon settlement, but also continues to help out in any way she can. Buying my first home with Piety Group has genuinely been one of the best decisions I have made!

I bought an apartment at The One the Waterfront project and I am very disappointed with the quality of the products used..!! Text below is what is written on their website: "Combining a luxurious modern sensibility with the highest design values, every detail of One The Waterfront’s interiors has been thoughtfully considered and crafted" Text below is what I'm experiencing in my apartment: -Very cheap quality cabinet door and internal doors. -There are no shelves inside the pantry you have to build them. -Wardrobe and kitchen benchtop very low quality. -Interior walls are all crooked. -Raining in LG parking level. -The wind shake the bedroom window and we cannot sleep in night time. I still can't believe that in a such new building constructions they still install single glazing with low-e film on the windows and not double glazing. Unbelievable !!
