I have been doing the online course of Diploma of Project Management for 4 months and I am loving it. All the units are well planned and the communication with the trainer is excellent. Definitely would recommend Pacific Training Group for anyone wanting to do online courses. Very affordable fees, quick responses from the trainers and the learning material could be more useful.

Coming from IT background , I feel like the cybersecurity course is turning out to be much more interesting than I expected. The study platform is very easy to use, the study material is very complete and the support of the trainer is excellent. I love being able to work at my own pace from my own home.

This review may change if problems get solved. I did apply for the CYBER SECURITY course, filled up all documents, paid the fees, very fast responses all good, get my user name and password for the online course, the name of the course seems right, and here starts the problem, all the units are about business development and team/business management, no unit is related to cyber security! NONE, been asking for answers and they gave me none, just that in one unit we share teacher with the Team management group, but the unit is about setting goals and achieve them for small businesses! how is this even related to cyber security? now they have become extremely slow to even answer, been for a week asking for documents that I need in order to get the student loan and being able to pay the studies, nothing yet, still waiting, they are pretty fast at asking money though, and not giving time to pay, you gotta pay same day you get the bill, I hope the course I was delivered is the wrong one and they do really have a course in Cyber security, otherwise is a scam! and should change the course name. Pictures attached are from different units for what it seems to be the course of "CYBER SECURITY" since 22.02.2021 witht this situation and no answers.

I am writing this review because I truly believe that the staff deserve some additional acknowledgement. I have recently started to study with PTG and the admission process was extremely easy and I have received my official documents from the school in 24hrs. All the Admissions and Student services staff were extremely helpful and advising when I needed any additional help. On the top of these the school is keep reaching out to the students via email and keep encourage us to participate in several "games" and providing promotion such as discount to the GYM and Physio thereby just next to their office. I feel like these additional little steps make huge difference especially in these hard times when students feel left alone and we cannot even go and visit our family overseas. Thank you for your support.

I am a student at Pacific Training Group and i really enjoy the environment here. From the first day everybody has been very friendly and available to help with any question or problem. The campus is very nice and well kept, there's the kitchen where i can heat up my lunch, very clean toilets and the classes have big tables and very comfortable chairs. I really enjoy come in this positive environment for classes!

Learn new things about Australia and giving gift cards to keep us motivated. I love the Zoom events between Sydney and Gold Coast campus. Good way to meet new people and make great friends.

Good place for an overseas student like us. The Gold Coast campus is very modern and clean. It is a big incentive to have the campus 3 minutes walking to the beach. In the days that I have classes I love the option that I can go to the beach and have my lunch break there.
