Been long time customer of Orbit Remit- like the service & simplicity. When I tried to create a business account I was denied an account despite furnishing the required legal documents w/o reasoning. Whats worse? Can't even talk to a human in the compliance department. To me the company seems to want to play god. Not cool! See attached

I am using Orbit Remit for 8 years in a row. I never disappointed with anything. Never needed any customer service. It's reliable, secure and fast.

TERRIBLE COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE! NOT RECOMMENDED! CSRs Ethan and Ashley asked me to send financial documents proof of payments when they could just check the bank transaction when I processed the payment. I told them I will send the documents they need to confirm the details they asked after my work, and Ashley cancelled or voided the transfer. I hope you delete from your system the screenshots I sent of the payment made using ,my bank account where you wanted to see my bank account details! If I ever have scam issues or anyone getting money off my account, there will be legal repercussions! This is why I'd rather do money transfer through Remitly, never had this problem and didnt ask for bank information that may lead to money fraud. And to think OrbitRemit was referred to me by my client! Total waste of my time and energy!!! REFUND MY MONEY!!!
Hi there. We have run a Mission to the Philippines for the past 32 years. We have been using OrbitRemit for many years now after learning about their great Transfer Rates and quick transfer times. We save heaps on Bank Rates! We have needed help and advice a number of times in the past and always found their Customer Service to be of excellent nature and friendly prompt service. 4days yet my money not received to the person
Pros: Exchange rate is better than other remittance companies, there is free transfer for every10th paid remittance Cons: ZERO Customer Service, cant contact them in case you need urgent help even the the telephone number in the website or the facebook or the app cant help. Cant depend on when you need them :(
