Came in to the boutique to check out the new Speedy, greeted with friendly staff and was served by Sam. I compared the watch with my older Speedy and enquired about a new bracelet. He was very friendly and really informative. (Thank you Sam!). I will definitely return for my next Omega purchase. A welcoming boutique unlike others that I have experienced. Worth the visit.

Excellent service. The shop assistant PIA who is professional and patient taught me a lot about the watch today, and she gave a warm smile to customer in the shop.
Was quick and friendly, collecting a time piece sent back to Switzerland for repair, did not take long at all, in view of posting and repairing

Me and my brother had an absolutely wonderful experience with Andrew. He was very information, very polite and passionate about each watch we looked at, especially the Seamaster and Speedmaster. Very friendly staff and excellent service
Just had a watch bracelet repaired under warranty. The service and experience could not have been better. Courteous staff, the bracelet was picked up and returned to me as I am not a Sydney resident, and the entire process was extremely quick. I am glad I chose an Omega watch.
Very disappointing customer service experience from staff since new Covid hours from this boutique. Staff seems lacking of motivation and care when dealing with customers. A number of friends have relayed the same recently. Did the boutique get a new manager lately?! Fix up your management here Swatch otherwise you’ll be dropping customers...
