Great experience and relaxing atmosphere at Sydney Olympic Archery. Enjoyed the beginner’s class with the patient coach. You can organise a kids party (9yo) for small groups and have fun for about 1 1/2 hours. We have ordered pizza and it was delivered right at the centre (took only 20min). There is a nice open space around the centre with very good amenities and a BBQ area with shaded benches. Perfect for a Sunday break. Highly recommend, be careful though, archery is highly addictive :)

Came here for the 1.5hr archery session. The older man provided us with some very good tips. It's great value and they try to let you have as many goes as possible. We're interested in checking out a beginner class now! Also arm guards are available if you find the string slapping your arm when you release the arrow.
I enjoyed the lesson so much. Really recommend. Remember to make an appointment on its official website before you go They have instructors and balloon in the beginner lesson
Find your inner Robin Hood for an hour of fun and outdoor activity at SOPA. Friendly staff guided us through the safety rules and taught us the archery ways. Bonus points for not shooting your friends in the back!
Instructors were super friendly and reception helped me with my booking with no problems. It's really fun here-- but please consider building some shelter over the range where we stand. This place is near marshland, so when it's hot, it's humid, and it's gotten to the point where it was dangerous for my group last time we went because there were swarms of gnats in our faces and people were swinging arms, bows and arrows trying to get them away. And then by the end of our session one of my mates was about to get heatstroke. Seriously just need some relief from the weather while we're aiming ya know
