Went to eat there while my wife and kids were playing in the park. Restaurant was empty, I ordered 2 starters and a main. The waitress (who’s apparently the woman in charge at the time) asked me if I would like everything together. I said I’d rather have my starters first. I had work to do so I was expecting to relax, have a bite and and do some work. Starters arrived really fast (satay was dry as a bone, clearly it was cooked ages ago) and the manager said that they’ll wait till I’m ready to start cooking my main. Perfect; but my main came even before I was done with my starters. I asked the manager what happened; she deflected responsibility outright. She told me I’ve already been there for 30 minutes so in a round about manner she implied that I essentially have to deal with it. She offered to start the main when I was ready; I never brought it up. When she offered the option it made sense because I have work to do. I couldn’t understand how it is now that I’m eating my starters and I have a main getting cold next to me. Just as I started to build up the courage to ask them to keep it warm for me, I saw the cook leave for his lunch break. It all made sense; clearly customers rank very low on their scale of priorities. Anyway I’m not a push over so spoke to her and requested a refund of my main. She processed my refund (she did so reluctantly by the way) she maintained that I’ve been there for 30 minutes already and that I had no grounds for being unsatisfied. Place was empty; literally. Apart from myself there was one other couple in a booth. Anyway poorly trained staff run that place and there’s no oversight. You’re better off giving your money to McDonald’s a few steps away. Look at the other comments; they’re all bots and fake profiles. Owners are trying real hard to stay in business. Note to owners; Put your energy into training and you’ll be fine, otherwise the free market will undoubtably serve you your notice.

Had my meal at Nok NOK today. The food was absolutely great. Also amazed by their top-notch customer service. Their staff Emma and sushimita (if I spell correctly) are very friendly and understanding. Highly recommend!

WE WENT TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR DINNER. WE ORDERED VEGE SPRING ROLL, CHICKEN LAKSA, PAD THAI BEEF, AND THAI FRIED RICE. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE THAI FRIED RICE WAS COLD AND I TOLD THEM TO DOUBLE CHECK ABOUT IT. FINALLY, THEY BRING THE THAI FRIED RICE BACK AGAIN. IT WAS STILL COLD, I DON'T KNOW WHAT ARE THE DOING WITH IT AND THE OWNER (THE LADY) CAME TO ME SAID: "THEY JUST MADE UP THE STORY AND TOLD HER WAITRESS (THE GUY) TO WALK AWAY FROM MY TABLE WHEN WE STILL TALKED WITH THE WAITRESS". THE LADY WAS REALLY RUDE TO US. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS RESTAURANT. THE OTHER FOOD WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE THAI FRIED RICE WAS COLD BUT THE BEHAVIOR FROM THIS OWNER WAS MAKING ME SO UPSET AND NEVER WANT TO GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT ANYMORE.
