We had a very complicated immigration case involving a 461 and then a 309/100. We had seen 4 other lawyers/immigration agents and they all told us our case was either too complicated or there was nothing we could do. We decided not to give up hope and we found My Access Australia after a Google search. Peng's numerous glowing ratings gave us some hope. After we sent our case to Peng and set up a time to chat, Peng took us through a step by step process. For the first time in 3 years we knew exactly what we needed to do and we felt hope again. With Peng's assistance we submitted an Offshore partner visa on the 16th Feb, 2020. On the 1st March 2021, our 309 and 100 were granted! My partner is now a permanent resident and the ordeal is finally over!!! We would not be in this position today if it wasn't for Peng and his exemplary service and thorough understanding of immigration laws and pathways. We had a consult appointment with Mr Peng re our spouse immigration visa application. We found him to be knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions in great detail, showed us how to answer some of the questions on the forms, and brought up some things which we had not thought of. After our session, he sent an email summarizing the discussion, and even sent additional information. We are seniors and don't often write reviews, but we feel that Mr Peng genuinely tried to help. He was generous with his time and expertise, and really deserves 5 stars all the way.
