I went to Montblanc on King Street to buy a fountain pen to celebrate graduating from university. The whole experience was wonderful. We were looked after by Carlos, who talked us through all the different options for the pen. He was very attentive and friendly. We spent a lot of time trying different pens, nibs and thicknesses until we had found the perfect pen. It was a lot of fun and I am really happy with the pen I ended up with! Carlos also engraved the pen and embossed the case for me - and did a great job! We honestly had the most wonderful time and would really recommend going in-store to buy a pen - the customer service, especially from Carlos, was so wonderful and made a big difference!
