On Friday I went to the MP QVB store for a wallet, as there wasn’t a new one at the store Joly was happy to email me when she went into the Myer store and held one for me and monogrammed it for me to pick up on Sunday, she also checked the condition of the wallet and emailed me. I was provided with extremely good customer service on Sunday as well, and was given a discount as it was the last one that they had in stock and had a previous promotion. It was also nicely gift wrapped for me as they knew it was a gift.

One of your staff (the manager i think?) of the store had the worst attitude I have ever seen from anyone in retail, she was so rude and honestly ruined the great shopping experience I had received from one of the retail staff there. She couldnt have made it more obvious that she did not want to help and just wanted me to go away asap. Your company should consider replacing her because she is a very poor representation of your company.
I've been to Myer Mon Purse and I was served by this beautiful and helpful girl named Grace. She was very accomodating and and answered all my inquiries . And most of all helped me find what I was looking for with a big smile on her face. Employees like her should be commended .
Love the simplicity and the versatility of their products. Good place to purchase bespoke gifts with the lettering customisation that is available in this shop. Good selection for a store in the department store. They also run the same discounts as their online store. Highly recommended.

I got my iPhone XS Max case online and costed 67. The material was paper, not leather. So disappointed and wasted money. Never used this brand again
