Went to Hoda as I couldn’t remove some of my piercings and I needed to get them out that day as I was due to go into hospital. She is so warm and thoughtful and she looked after me really well. Will be returning to buy jewellery and get another piercing as soon as my crutches will allow me!

Did my first nose piercing 6 weeks ago. Hoda was amazing and very thoughtful. She guided me through the process and how to do aftercare. Came in again today to get new nose ring after the wait period. Can't recommend her and the shop enough.
Went today to Westfield Sydney Mezi to get some earrings for me and a present, and I ended up piercing my ears! The easiest, cleanest and least painful experience ever. They did not hurt a pinch! I am so glad I got them done there, the staff was amazing, caring and even stayed over time to help me getting them done. Lovely experience coming from Melbourne and treated extremely well. Thanks!
I looove loove their jewelry. I've taken so many friends there. However, I took back an earring where the post had broken. The response was certainly not satisfactory. I'm feeling a bit miffed to be honest.

100% recommend, it’s my favorite place! I’ve visited the City shop a many times now. Lovely selection of jewelry, really well priced and great quality. My ears don’t tolerate so many earrings but I’ve never had any problems with those I’ve bought from Mezi! I can’t speak highly enough about how professional and caring the team are. If you manage to get served by Houda you’re in luck! She is so helpful and never without a smile, she always goes the extra distance to make sure that you are happy with your purchase :) I really recommend this place to get your piercings done. Hoda was amazing !!! The shop is just lush personified. Gorgeous Jewellery and very well priced. Hoda sorted me out with re-piercing my bellybutton. Her service was fantastic. Will definitely be getting my jewellery and also gifts for family and friends from Mezi.
Love Houda and her team at Mezi Westfield Sydney! I have gone in 3 times this week due to the stunning pieces and how lovely the team is. Derya (I hope I spelt that right) spent so much time with me the other day and made a beautiful necklace for me. Houda is always so lovely to have a chat with and goes the extra mile for you.
