Definitely quicker than normal ferry but I don’t think it’s worth the extra 2 or so, unless you’re in a big rush. Reliable/on time, easy access to aboard and depart. Quick and efficient. Definitely recommend the Manly ferry to Circular Quay rather than the BLINE or car. Much more scenic and adventurous. Worth the experience as you get to see the famous Opera House and go under the Harbour Bridge. Almost feels like you should be paying more when you experience this beautiful city!!

It's nice ride and fast, but.. company phone for inquiries does not work, their window in circular Quay is always close if you have any question, staff at entrance are not very friendly or helpful and if you want to become MFF member and enjoy the better price - NO, they are coming to New system and do not have member cards anymore. Well until you have a new system, it would be nice to offer the old one, it is only common sense.
Had a great experiences on manly fast ferry. It tooks exactly 20min to go from circular quay to manly.
Some staff can be legends and make you crack up after a tough day and be so kind, but most are just plain knuckleheads who know nothing and is just rude and have a poor attitude towards you to the point you don't ever want to get their service again in case that staff members recognizes you again. Staff is completely oblivious to the troubles customers have with OpalPay, that the actual funds are taken out of their card when paying but it doesn't show up and the value stays the same. Only reason why its higher is the little of their amazing staff, faster service and the ride is very entertaining.

Such a quick and easy way to get to Manly Beach. Was 18.90 return for a day trip. Great views along the way as well!
Must do for tourists. Great views of the bridge and opera house. Love that the tables have plugs for charging definitely been a life saver at times. I also enjoy that they have a bar that serves beer. It’s a short trip but if you’re with friends heading out it’s a nice touch. As someone who regularly uses Sydney trains and buses, I find the ferries to be incredibly expensive. Don’t know how people take it every day
Great way to see the bay. The sights we're definitely worth the price. You get to feel like a local commuter. We did ours during sunset. Came back to Sydney in the dark.
