I got two crab rice paper rolls for 6. Something was definitely wrong with it because it felt like a bunch of thorns ripping threw my stomach. I generally can handle any type of food but something was seriously off with these rolls. Tasted fine when eating it but sure didn't digest well.

From the outside, this place looks authentic and appears to serve delicious food. Boy, how wrong I was! I came here because I had a 20% deal from the Eat Club app and I thought what a great idea to try a new place with a fab discount! I originally wanted to order the Grilled Chicken with Garlic Rice but was told by the staff that it wasn’t available. I then asked for the Fried Chicken version and was told that all Garlic Rice dishes weren’t available. I wish they had told me that in the first place. Instead, I ordered the Garlic Sauce Chicken with a Fried Egg on top of steamed rice during lunch. The presentation looked appealing but that’s where it stops. The chicken was the driest and hardest chicken I’ve ever had from a Thai place. It was so dry and hard to chew that I ended up throwing out most of it in order to eat the rest of the rice and fried egg. The egg white was overcooked and the yolk only had the tiniest bit of runniness. It didn’t look very appealing and was small. If I had dined in, I would have immediately sent this back. It was inedible. It was a very disappointing lunch. It’s hard for me to erase it from my memory. Needless to say, even with the 20% off Eat Club voucher, I’m very unlikely to ever return because the food was so horrible and looking at the other reviews here, I’m not the only one.
Unless you want to get food poisoning, you should definitely avoid eating here. The food is not stored at the correct temperature. This companies health and hygiene standards most definitely need to be reviewed
Food was tasteless and cold. I bought a can of drinks and it was not cold. Seems like the can was taken from the box. They offered ice after I said it was not cold but the ice was on a take away soap bowl with straw so I thought I will drink from it. Very bad experience.
Worst pad thai I've ever had. Their food is so awful and I got food poisoning from their food.
AVOID! The food is terrible and so is the service. I got the salt & pepper fish and it was stringy, oily and difficult to chew. The customer service all spoke Thai and you could tell they were making fun of the customers. Do yourself a favour and get something from Woolworths Metro just 30 metres away.
Very bad food and staff not too friendly. Never come back here!
