Unfortunately more of a profit churner than a thoughtful medical professional. Sessions are squeezed back to back and watched other clients getting 10 min basic consultations then being billed 250. I had multiple sessions with Dr. Chen which felt rushed on his behalf and the approach was to do another blood test then book another session. The most proactive piece of advice was to get regular massages and eat to get more energy. This is the type of advice you'd expect when consulting a family member but certainly hoped for more substance from a very expensive endocrinologist. I will unfortunately have to seek out a new practice which is run with more patient centric approach. Do not recommend.

I had a hernia operation with Dr Tsang. After the surgery there was very poor communication from the doctor about recovery time and what to expect. Unfortunately I had a complication and was given poor advise by the doctor which resulted in a trip to emergency. I would not recommend this doctor.
