Great Malaysian food at a great price. The Chicken Laksa was rich, creamy and fresh. Service was very quick. Food court was nice and bright with natural light and air coming through the open window.

Disappointed I have high expectations going here It is NOT bad but yeah if you can go couple blocks further you’ll find a REAL good laksa

The food here is edible and tasty no doubt, but the process of getting an order in and queuing up really tires one out. Avoid lunch time totally, unless you want to line up with 10 people chaotically. There’s not enough staff taking orders, and everything seems random. The hot food bar is normally unattended, and it seems impossible to just buy a few snacks easily and quickly. Update: ordered eat in noodles and needed a small plastic cup to share the noodles with a child.. the staff waitress was quite rude and charged me 0.50 for one small cup.

Noodles are cooked just right, tasted fresh and delicious.

All the dishes I tried from this place were flavourful, their sweet&sour pork is the best ever! Will def go back and try more dishes.

Fresh tasty food - shame they raised the prices but for 11.50 I think it's still reasonable for fresh noodles.

Underwhelming. The broth is creamy but bland and the chilli paste while nice in flavour didn't mix into the laksa very well so it's hard to use as an addition. The prawns and tofu puffs were good but the grilled battered white fish was soggy and flavourless. It would benefit from the addition of some greens to add texture and appeal.

I buy my lunch at Ito’s minimum twice a week. I’m obsessed with it. So so delicious, so fresh and so tasty. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. There’s a reason this place is always so busy - they’re the best!!! Don’t let the line discourage you, it moves fast and its worth it. Love love love Ito’s!
