Jessica and her team has always been very responsive and quick to fix any issues that arose during my 10 years with them. Their strata management team; Chris, Nick and Steve who looked after our apartment always did a phenomenal job on keeping the building safe and in top notch condition. This is my worst experience for renting in Sydney in the past 6 years! My window has problems and I told Jessica several times and she didn’t help me to solve this problems. It is too noisy of that property and they didn’t tell me before! And Jessica is so rude to talk to customers. I just wondering why there are so much people gave them good reviews.

When we moved to Sydney, the first property agency we visited was Hordern in World Square. We were new to the market and looking for advice. We had the great pleasure of meeting a member of the agency ( we don't recall his name). He engaged us wholeheartedly and provided us with tips on navigating the Sydney property market. The interaction and tips were valuable. Adding to this good experience was our recent property viewing and interaction with Jennifer. Jennifer has been professional and her explanations, interactions and responsiveness have been truly remarkable. She was extremely prompt in responding to us and made the application process seamless. Having had bad experiences with a previous agent, Jennifer's engaging and sincere personality is greatly appreciated. Even though we are unable to take up the property due to the change in rent amount, we thank Jennifer and the Hordern team for our pleasant experience.
