Sydney based staff were nice enough, but unfortunately quality of work wasn’t up to scratch and had cost my business several thousand dollars. Were meant to take care of my bookkeeping and payroll. Managed to give an employee EXTRA leave (instead of deducting leave), didn’t process another employee’s payroll and termination properly, and reconciliation was all over the shop (and wrong). Sent in a complaint with all the evidence and was told they would get back to me with a resolution, and months later still nothing. Their high staff turnover also meant that every month we had to work with someone new in the Phillipines, and had to explain everything about our books over and over again. Might as well have done the books myself and saved all the stress of trying to clean up their mess. Avoid this company!

Very slow service (applied for specialist to provide info, was advised hammerjack will arrange this 1-2 business days), instead received no calls, required multiple follow-up emails, and ultimately 1 week to respond to ultimately receive that they do not provide MS Projects?!. Also was expecting actual face-face demo, but was just a phone call giving trying to sell a product we already have (Office 365). Time wasters, plus their phone-line seems to be based in a foreign country with poor connection.
From the outset Hammerjack were an absolute pleasure to work with. The entire process has moved forward seamlessly, they provided my team with improved CRM and reporting solutions which has enabled us to work more efficiently and help us better understand our customer. Forming this collaborative relationship with Hammerjack has seen very pleasing bottom-line results and I continue to look forward to this relationship prospering.
