I went today 13th April at around 7:30 pm. There were two people in the store, a young female (who I believe is new as I don't see her there normally) and the regular guy with glasses on. The female took my order and the guy prepped it. I ordered Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea. I was the only person ordering so it didn't take long. However, when they gave me the order, it was Brown Sugar Fresh Milk with pearls. I told the guy that I ordered Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea (which is my usual order being a regular customer) but the guy said he heard me say "Yes" to Brown Sugar Fresh Milk with pearls. I don't have the white slip/order number as they didn't give it to me and again I'm the only person ordering anyway. I said "Yes" when the girl asked me do I want Pearls on it. That is what I said "Yes" to. I cannot do much as it is 2 against 1. It was disappointing. I guess this review wouldn't make much difference to overall service but at least, at the very basic, we should at least get the value for the product we paid for. 14/04/2021: Hello, thanks for the response. I am not able to reply to your message so I am updating the current review. The Gong Cha store I visited at 13/04/2021 at 7:30 PM was the Gong Cha under the Tunnel near entrance of Town Hall Station. The Gong Chat store is also in front of Bread Top store...

Order came out quite promptly. There's only 1 staff and it wasn't too busy. Probably about 2 people in the queue. Flavour was average.

Tried twice. Both times have had the worst service possible but the last time was it. AVOID! It was busy, I waited 20 minutes (on my 30 min lunch break) to be told that he couldn't make my drink with soy milk even though I have gong cha regularly and order the exact same thing. He then made my drink laughing at me the whole time. This is absolutely disgusting! Someone seriously needs to teach these people that you don't treat customers like this! My lactose intolerance is not a joke. Neither is being too lazy to make a drink when that's literally what you're paid to do!

The service was prompt and the wait wasn’t too long. The drinks itself aren’t too bad but aren’t really top quality as the pearls are a little smaller and lean more on the harder than chewy side of the scale. Was a bit disappointed also that they don’t offer the ‘no ice’ option. Literally says on the sign it can be done but the lady refused to do so .. sort this out please.

Running late and gotta buy an Earl MilkTea for my boyfriend end up getting scam. They dont put in any jelly nor black pearl. Just a freaking milk tea with ice is that even call Earl Milk Tea ?
