They're always nice to me on the phone and I have never had a problem with them.
Terrible service. Numbers to office hang up constantly unnable to reach anyone. Manager doesnt answer phone or call back. Mess up accounts constantly. We are not even able to use our cards with pin. Shocking service and bank nothing like the great service Amp provided!!
I have been a member of this credit union since 1989. I have a continuous active transaction account for all that time - S1. At some point I opened an S11 account which back in the day paid higher interest. Not any more. So it was left for over a year with c27 in it...must close it and now I will. I noticed yesterday I was docked 20 and when I enquired was told its an inactive account fee. All above board in their numerous pages of "disclosure". This is pretty shabby!!!! Theres really no reason to stay here. Im gone. Now I wonder what theyll charge me to close the account!! Snakes....
Stay away false advertising of interest rates I have sent a letter to government regulators.
When they were SGECU they were fantastic but since they became G & C Mutual Bank they have only delivered terrible customer service, high fees and now they want to charge for a paper statement - time to go elsewhere.
