Amazing trip, it helped the weather was lovely for a winters day, so glad I decided to go and be a tourist in my own city. We saw whales, dolphins and seals on the tour. Appreciate the staff and fantasea during this Covid period, the staff were great at ensuring the safety and social distancing on the boat and gave great insight into the migration on the whales. All round fun day out.

Did the Sunset Whale watching tour and while we didn't see whales we had a pod of dolphins chase us out of the heads. The crew were great and even though the swell was quite big the captain kept the boat steady. Well worth doing.
Wonderful cruise highly recommend. We had a incredible view of the Harbour bridge Opera House and the light show for Australia Day. They gave us mini flags and were part of the parade. We were able to take our own food and a drink was included in the cost. It’s definitely a wonderful way to see the light show.
After several phone calls and emails to follow up with this company, I still have no response. I booked a Sydney Harbour Sight-Seeing Cruise in January which I had to cancel. I cancelled within the 24 hour notice period and received a call advising me that no refunds were available because this cruise was a 'new service offering' but the representative told me they would check with their accounts team to confirm if a refund or a service credit could be given. To this date, I still have had no response and no refund or a credit. Terrible service and very unprofessional!
I took the ferry from the basin camp to palm beach on Sunday the 15th and the crew was outstanding! They were all very helpful and smiling. It is a pleasure to see people doing their job with such joy!

I did a booking for whale watching trip. The experience was fantastic. The location is convinient, the boat was new and comfortable, the staff were polite and knowledgeable. We we're lucky to see the whales up close and the weather was pleasant too. I would recommend their trip if you are interested in whale watching.
We booked Sydney NYE Ultimate Cruise (three level cruise) and enjoyed every aspect of it. Prime position in between Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Six hours of finger food and open bar plus a buffet dinner. DJ's and live music on every level of the cruise. Very friendly staff. However, with 1,000 ticket price I was expecting a professional photographer to be on board which wasn't. Would I do it again? yes for pleasure no for the price.
