The service is good, but that does not justify the huge amount of tuition fees and ongoing membership fees that you need to pay. The tests are still more theory based. For me, i think they spent more time and efforts on making their organisation looks good and professional than actually providing quality education to their members

CPA Australia has just decided to have online exames. I cannot be more disappointed. 1. How can you ensure that everyone is being honest? Can you prove that every person who passes the exam has not cheated at all so that to be fair to everyone sitting in the exam? 2. How can you make sure the terrible AU internet will not break down during the exam and none of the candidates will face internet problems? 3. How can you ensure that everyone has a computer or even a computer with a camera? Will you pay for that? We have paid for renting the exam centers and now we cannot get the money back while you are asking us to find a same condition location to conduct the exam with our own costs. This is ridiculous. 4. CPA Australia has shown us that they don't care about what people are experiencing and that different people have a different life.
They should listen to members and provide better service I have made a lot of complaints but they don't listen They always ask me to pay fees that's it
If anyone is thinking of enrolling in CPA program, just be aware that the practice questions in the study guide are nothing near the actual exam questions. And they don't have any support available. Well, you can definitely pay big bucks again to get help from the authorised tuition provider

In my experience, CPA Australia is an organisation that discriminates against people based on disability. They have no assistance or advocacy services, all they want is your money through courses and memberships. They lack ethics, accountability and do not believe in diversity or social inclusion.
It is just a lobby group. CPA is a large association and the business model is collecting membership fees from the public. Accounting workers pay membership fees every year. Federal Government should remove this red tape. CPA is good at convincing their members to think they are "VIPs" or "celebrities". A number of similar professional associations adopt the same business model. The accounting vocational courses and exams are almost completely irrelevant to the modern business functions and digital age.
