My wife and I had a terrible experience with Think Conveyancing. We were first time home buyers and our original conveyancer refused to talk to us. Every call went straight to voicemail and emails were usually unanswered and when the were answered it was by his assistant. We eventually had to complain to his managers and were reassigned someone who did an OK job but communication was still subpar and the phone lines were always a mess when I tried to call. To other first time home buyers be warned. This is not the conveyancing service you want to go with. You're making a huge investment so pay a little extra and get a real conveyancing service. You'll want someone who will actually talk to you during what is an extremely stressful process.
