I renewed my passport. It was very quick and the customer service was great!

They must be having Maté and torta fritas on a rainy day. Seems like they don't turn up to work when it is raining. They said they are open everyday Monday to Friday from 10am.No appointment needed, just turn up. Not the case! Call before you head to their office to see if they are open that same day. Or you may find a closed sign with a emergency mobile number. Don't bother calling the emergency number because most likely they don't answer or return calls. Their emergency mobile number voicemail message was not professional, it said something like "leave a message '(lazy sounding voice). It did not include professional introduction information greeting ). A waste your vaulable time getting there and seeing closed when they should be open. Not reliable. Please do yourself a favor , call before you head out to their office.
