I was in touch with the Consulate via email and was given all the information I needed . They also gave me a time for an appointment. All of my emails were replied to quickly and efficiently. When I arrived at the consulate, I was served at almost exactly my scheduled time and all my paperwork was processed very promptly. The service provided and the friendliness of the staff was top notch.

Friendly and efficient. Initial interaction was done via email, they replied promptly and politely and they were very patient with my queries. Remember to bring all the required documents including originals and photocopies. ¡Gracias!

This office is the most disrespectful and badly mannered I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t even say good morning or hello when they attend to you. Unhelpful on every level. Promised an early appointment, had to wait 2 months. What the hell do you do? Are you that busy you close at 2pm? We are in Sydney for goodness sake

The people who work at the Consulate are really nice. You do need to be a bit patient but being a Consulate you can understand they'd be fairly busy. Once I was served, I was treated with respect and the staff were very helpful.
