The consulate unfortunately seems to make everything a bit more complicated that it should be. Today they simply didn’t accept a document they have issued themselves just because it wasn’t on their list. On top of that, the only way to pay for the services is via an Australian Money Order, which costs 11 dollars. So for a service that costs 10 we need to pay 11 for the Australian post so they can issue the 10 Dolar money order... If you need to come to the consulate here’s a tip: take a deep breath, exercise your patience, and relax....Good luck

Extremely professional and fast service. Staff were amazing and very helpful.
Great customer service, efficient, speedy and on time. They answer emails on time and give you information you need. No reason to complain at all, they even have a kids space area, which is great for families visiting. Birth certificate took aprox 1 week, they are so efficient.
Very organised for scheduling appointments. People are friendly and processed tourist visa real quick with minimum formalities. Payment via Money Order is a hassle though. Should have another way of payment like Eftpos or cash.

My experience at the consulate was great, I had some issues with some documents and I did not had appointment, but I had a booked trip and decided to go there just to clarify some questions. Gilberto was very friendly & helpful, guided me and the next day I was able to make a booking and request a new passport.
