Sorry to say but the cashier is rude . It's my first time buy Coco so I still need time to see the menu but the cashier keep rushing us, even there's no queu and we said "wait a minute." My friend get confused when the cashier ask about sugar n ice, but she only ask twice (with a bit higher tone). Sorry, but u better explain it dude.
Editing my original post because the customer service has been even better than usual lately! I've left my expensive water bottle here twice and the second time the girls had it ready and waiting for me when I got there. Really lovely and made my weekend. I order from this Coco quite regularly, as it is conveniently located just next to the entrance to Town Hall Station. I always order the Jasmine milk tea with pearls, 30% sugar and low ice. I've noticed that sometimes the consistency of the sugar amount is a bit off - one day it will be more sweet than another. But I personally don't mind and it doesn't seem like a huge difference to me. Otherwise, I always enjoy my drink and prefer Coco to the other tea shops nearby. Also, most of the girls behind the counter know my order and will bring it up on the screen when they see me coming. I appreciate that little gesture a lot :)
Best customer service I ever experienced, taking order with an disrespectful attitude. The short hair, with glasses staff. I love Coco but will never buy milk tea in this store again.
The staff called Martina is terribly rude!! She kept customers waiting for ages even the drink is ready to serve (see the picture, those drinks were ready 10mins ago)!! Asked why, she responded because I wanted to call the number in an order! This doesn't make any sense because even McD and KFC would call out the customer number immediately when it's ready! Because some of the drinks would take longer to make anyway and customers would understand. While I was going to walk away she rolled her beautiful eyes and yelled at me!! I purchased at Coco literally every day but now I will never come back again!!
My go-to milk tea place! Coco on George Street is my preferred branch and I always go there when I crave milk tea when I'm out in Sydney CBD. They have been consistent the numerous occasions I have been there, always serving quality drinks. My go-to order is Two Ladies, but less on the sugar as the custard is quite sweet! I trust them and will keep returning to this branch :)
The best pearl tea bar in Sydney! The tea and juices they use are fresh, the toppings are super tasty and you cannot get a bad item on the menu. Try the fresh lemon tea with pearls or taro milk tea with sage! Both always good choices on a hot day or for a tasty snack :)
Great selection and tasty drinks. Service is friendly and quick.
