Claire has been my financial advisor for more than 5 years. Her advice is always impartial, free from commercial influences, and provides me huge peace of mind. Her approach is necessarily conservative, while at the same time providing realistic returns. We meet at least annually, often twice year, to discuss my portfolio. Her staff handle all the administrivia, so my only involvement is signing a few documents occasionally. I cannot recommend Claire highly enough.

Claire and Tim Mackay, Bill’s children, have now taken on the business, and I can only say that both of them are looking after me as well as their father did. I have on a number of occasions recommended to friends, family and neighbours that Quantum would be a very good choice if they needed their finances structured.
I want my financial advisors to be independent. I’ve heard enough “horror stories” to ensure that my financial advisor is not “a sales person for product” but the trusted advisor for my financial affairs and has my best interest at heart. Not only are their good and competent professionals, they also are “human beings” very much connected to the community, active members of the surf life savers community and more. This in my mind makes them trustworthy, honest and caring individuals. The level of communication and transparency is nothing short of outstanding.
