I went to Ben with a serious lower back injury and was treated with both Physiotherapy and with Clinical Pilates. Professional and good company he is also a very good communicator - which if you are in pain can be very reassuring. The Pilates exercises Ben offers were especially unique to this practice and were very effective for my lower back injury. Ben has given me long term tools to protect my back. I have found him to be a wonderful Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates practitioner who I cannot recommend highly enough.

My physio sessions from Ben were a fantastic help after I had a cycling accident earlier this year. After the first couple of sessions I already noticed a real improvement and this continued over the course of 6 weeks. Ben also gave me great advice and exercises to do at home. This was my first experience of Physio and I will definitely be going back to Ben in the future. Highly recommend!

I've seen Ben for several injuries. On all occasions, he did a great job and ensured my full rehabilitation. He has a good bed side manner and took a thorough history of my injury. On my last occasion, Ben provided consistent and thoughtful follow up. He setup an online reference portal for my rehabilitation exercises which had videos of those exercises. He even updated these after my session as my injury improved. I was very impressed and commend him.

Ben has been a massive help to me since I first saw him around 15 months ago. He quickly identified the cause of my shoulder and neck pain at my first physio consultation and put together an exercise plan which has helped me get on top of my symptoms. Ben’s Pilates classes are varied, challenging and enjoyable and he tailors the content according to who is at the class. By doing the exercises that Ben has given me alongside going to Pilates once a week I am now able to effectively manage my symptoms.

There are no bells and whistles, no false promises, just hard work and tough love. He will push you to your limits, but not beyond.
