At around 6pm yesterday, a younger girl served me but she was surprisingly professional and helped me choose the perfect order. Despite it being busy, she made my drink quickly and gave me my drink with a smile. Amazing customer service, will definitely visit again.

Perfect drink to quench my thirst. I just wish there are taro bits to add more flavour and texture.
Worst customer service from one of the staff workers here. Around 3:30 on the 14/2/21 The girl who made our drink had so much attitude when we complained that the flavour was too strong and sweet. She then tried to argue that was how the drink tastes when we’ve ordered the Thai milk tea many times before and know how it’s supposed to taste. She agreed to make us another after giving us a lot of attitude and trying to intimidate my younger brother. She continued to argue about how she made it perfectly fine when it clearly wasn’t. Then when she handed us the replacement drink rudely she said that next time we should order less sugar as if it was our fault that the drink was incorrectly made. Absolutely terrible service and rude service from the staff worker. However the cashier provided great service and was polite. Management need to get better workers who are more understanding and have a better attitude when dealing with customer complaints.
this is truly the best chatime i have ever had. ordered a while ago and was served by a nice girl with curly hair. she has great knowledge of the menu and recommended me a drink which was fabulous.
With so much competition around this store definitely doesn’t get enough love. Not saying I think it rates over the others but it did it’s job. Servers were polite and courteous and wait time wasn’t too long. The drink was not too bad either.
In a very convenient spot and could grab a iced tea on your way home. Very fresh made and staff who served me is very friendly! I love their new Philly cream cheese mousse on top. Yum yum!
Usually short on staff, making service slow. But otherwise, good service and kind staff.
Today at 6.30pm , i ordered a coconut pandan milk tea( sorry i don’t remember that name exactly but i already had it in wolli creek) with half ice and topping. The staffs gave me a hot drink??? I returned that immediately and they put some ice in and shaked it??? What the ... did they do with my drink? The favor was like no sugar inside, no coconut milk, tasteless completely. I video it
