A very expensive 15 minutes but Dr Tong was very easy to talk to and helpful. Lovely ladies on reception makes it all the more better, definitely recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. Pathetic. I got misdiagnosed, rushed, and charged 220 for 15 minutes of the 'doctors' time. Be careful not to make the same mistake that I did and go to their other clinic, located in Chatswood, where I got pretty much the same treatment (only it cost 250).

Dr Penelope Lee was extremely rude to my grandma on the phone. Very dismissive, prescribed the wrong medication to her. Her skin condition worsened and she was told not to contact the doctor again. Do not go here.

Went in and five minutes later left without knowing what is wrong with me and 290 poorer for the privilege. I feel ripped off and violated.

DO NOT GO HERE! I literally nearly died. After a 5 minute consultation costing me several hundred dollars, I was ordered to do a blood test as there was a worrying issue with my skin. I did the blood test straight away and waited for MONTHS to hear back about my results. I called up every week to be told my doctor was busy and would call me back. She never called me back of course. A few months later I gave up thinking the results must not have been that abnormal for them to not get in touch with me. This week I had to get a blood test for an unrelated issue, and guess what, they picked something up! Now I must begin immediate treatment, where as if Central Sydney Dermatology had bothered to open my results a year ago, I could have dealt with my issue when it was more manageable. This place should be shut down. AVOID!

This "clinic" has nothing but rude receptionists who speak down at you and have poor customer service skills. A lady named Kara or something of the sort was extremely rude even to her own staff! Doctors who try to rush you out as quick as possible and tell you to come back for return visits without looking over anything properly. I would rate 0 if I could.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, I had to see another dermatologist practice because Dr Phoon didn’t get rid of my spot, it came back. I understand the negative reviews. All Asian Dr’s don’t go!!

I would like to suggest the manager Cara's performance be thoroughly reviewed as it seems I'm not the only one who's noticed her extremely rude attitude - not just to customers but to staff as well. It's such a pity to see a service in such a central and high traffic location lose customers due to staff like her.
