Really average user experience when executing an MMS campaign. Signed up & found that MMS was a separate product, however u add credit & create contacts in the other portal. Initial send required manual review - fair enough, understandable. However creating the MMS campaign & scheduling/sending requires manual review for each & every campaign. Needed to send 6 different campaigns & you are locked out from creating the next until they manually review that last.
