No bars hold, this is a full on information packed learning. Instead of the slow learning fluffed up pieces other people teach, Ben and the crew jam pack everything you need to know plus more within a short period. So if you want to get everything now, you pretty much can with these guys. No longer do you need to wait for months when you get it within weeks. Definitely will be coming back for more.
I joined the free 1 day course, and at first I was reluctant as it was a full day. Time is the most precious commodity, so to invest my time with this course for a full day was a huge investment for me. But I felt it was a full day spent very wisely, and I learnt so much and have even signed up to his paid courses. I can see his genuine desire to help people becoming the highest version of themselves so I'm very thankful to have spent the day with Ben and the group at Authentic coaching.
