Fantastic customer service!!! The service is splendid. They offer a foot analysis to show which type of shoe is best for you. The shoes are actually really really comfortable and fits so well. Highly recommend ASICS shoes for sport.!
Brilliant customer service. Walked out in a new pair of shoes and felt the difference almost immediately. Emma was awesome and couldn't have tried harder to fit me with the right shoe - I can't believe the difference it's made! Thankyou!

Standing outside the Asics QVB store at 10.20am Sun as the hours say open 10-5pm Sun, only to call another store and be told they changed their hours but choose not to update it on the internet, to 11am they think opening. Not good customer service and now you’re going to lose a shoe sale. Lazy, unacceptable.
