Being an Amazon Prime member is awesome as you get free delivery with anh goods purchased in Australia, and if you spend over 50 from their US store. Their 'Deal of the Day' though has to be the best place to pick up a bargain. Genuine sales and discounts on high quality goods. Faultless and easy to deal with.

Worst customer service ever. Can't unlock my account for 2 weeks and keeps saying they will get back to me in 24hrs but nothing happens.

They automatically change my address to an old one I can't access... and I have to change it a couple of times sometimes to get Amazon to deliever to the right address. Spent unnecessary money and sometimes didn't get the item because it was the last one and shipped to the wrong address. Really I can be more careful

Amazon - please remove Aramex/Fastways couriers from your panel of couriers. They are completely inept. What is the point of online shopping to save time, when the “last mile” cannot provide the goods without waiting all day for them to show, which they fail to do. ALL DAY. Think this is a once off? Oh no - have a good old read on Google Reviews at their probable failure to meet your standards about 3500x. These numpties are affecting your brand and Promoter Score. Get them off the bus ASAP.
