My baggage was not only severely delayed but also delivered completely ripped apart with broken items! Worst airline and horrible customer support!
I have been flying Air China for over 10 years now and have seen first hand the transformation from a pretty uncompetitive airline to one of best values to North America or Europe. This was especially true when I flew with my newborn a few years back. In that flight, the flight crew took a genuine interest and not one of these read from an instruction manual interest and helped made the long flight bearable. This is at a fare probably 50% of their competition. As always, you shouldn't be arrogant with the staff, they are human after all. Anyways, great value and more importantly great service for me!
Flight attendants were very rude, I was traveled with my 7 months old baby and they rejected to give me a baby bassinet even I requested when i brought a ticket. I will not travel with CA again with Rude people , Bad service.

Absolutely garbage. Changed air craft, changed seatings last minute. And they tried separating from me and my partner. Worst airline, even worse than United Airlines
