Poor products, backed up with poor customer service. We installed a set of their airbags. The customer returned within a week with airbags that made more noise than a rock concert. After what seemed like at least 5 or 6 phone calls over the course of 2 weeks or so I finally got onto someone who half seemed to care, and he immediately organised a new set to be sent out. He assured me that this issue was a “1 in 2000” type of scenario. Anyway, at my cost we changed the airbags again. Would you believe who showed up at my workshop with the exact same issue today? Same car, same problem.... 1 in 2000 lmao. I’m off to buy my Tatts ticket.
